New Waterscreen Technology used by LDA

The new waterscreen technology used by Light Design Australia leads the way for unique and exciting concepts in projection surfaces. This waterscreen can be used for lasers, lighting and video. It is completely mobile and can be used indoors and outside (depending on weather).
This system is unique in that the screen is made up of 1m sections that can be adjusted to give different shape screens (round, curved, zigzag or straight).

To improve overall image quality we have employed four rows of specially designed nozzles, instead of the usual one row of nozzles. This gives a far more uniformed appearance. With more nozzles the water now catches more light making it appear brighter and yet when used with lasers will still allow the laser light to pass through to create that 3 dimensional effect.

The trough system also unique in design allows for the water to be collected with no spill and returned back to the screen quickly. This means less water is required to keep the screen in place and is environmentally friendly as the water is recycled.

Imagine using this for a new product launch or together with appropriate props as a backdrop to an awards, conference, festival, exhibition or gala dinner.
The waterscreen can also be hired separately and is not restricted to laser projections. Anything that can be projected onto a screen such as coloured lighting and video projections will look great on a waterscreen.
